Known for its spiciness and fresh aroma, Sumatran ginger is the perfect addition to our whipped honey for those who enjoy a little zing. We use a subspecies of jahe, colloquially known as Jahe Emprit to spice up our whipped honey. The end result is a tangy whipped honey reminiscent of traditional permen jahe.

This  jar is wrapped in traditional Lampung, South Sumatra batik design celebrating Indonesian culture and the origins of the ingredients.
